Please respect the Check-in and Check-out times
The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance.
The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is carried out daily and in any case at each change of guest.
The complete change of linen is carried out every 3 days, including towels.
The managers of the B&B are not responsible for any losses and invite you not to leave valuable objects unattended.
Inside the B&B smoking is prohibited in the common areas.
The keys, handed over at check-in, remain available to guests for the duration of their stay and must be returned upon departure.

0 – 2 years – Cot on request €15 per stay
3 years and over – Extra bed on request €15 per person, per night
The price of cots and extra beds is not included in the total amount and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
Baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Minimum age
The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
